Ingredients:
2 parts Absolute Vanilla
vodka
1 part pumpkin schnapps
splash of cream
sprinkle with nutmeg
Directions:
Shake all of the ingredients in
a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with nutmeg and a cherry

Apple Cider
Ingredients:
2 quarts apple cider
1 cup apple brandy
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions:
In a large pot, combine all the
ingredients over high heat and bring to a simmer.
Lower the heat and keep warm.
To serve, strain through a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof pitcher
and pour into mugs.

Snap Cocktail
Ingredients
.75 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
.5 oz. ginger brandy
4 oz. eggnog
1 ginger snap (optional)
Directions
• Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, ginger brandy, and eggnog in
blender
• Blend to desired consistency and pour into glass
• Garnish with ginger snap for dunking if desired

3/4 oz. Barbancourt
Traditional White Rum
1/4 oz. Martini & Rossi Rosso Vermouth
1/4 oz. Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
dash of Major Peters' Grenadine
Directions
Stir in a mixing glass with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with twist of a lemon peel.

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz rum
1 lump sugar
1/4 lemon
boiling water
Directions
In a hot whiskey glass combine sugar
and juice of 1/4 lemon. Add rum and fill glass with hot
water. Stir.
