  • Turn Right on to Main Street when Bridge Street ends, by the Timeless Tavern
  • Follow Route 30 across the Spillway, until you reach an intersection at the top of a Hill
  • Make a Right at Carpenters Corners and Follow this scenic Road to Edinburg 4 Corners If you need Gas or something to munch on stop at Fullers Corner Store!

  • For a more scenic route, take a left at the Edinburg 4 corners and follow this Route:
  • Continue on North Shore Road (Route 4) until you reach the Conklingville Dam
  • You will pass The Old Trail Inn, and Ponderosa Pines Resort
  • Take a right on the Bridge over the Dam – on to Route 8

  • Continue on South Shore Road
  • Right before the Bridge is J & S Old Country Store – no gas, but good grab and go food and drinks (and Cabins for rent!)

  • We are Now Heading into Broadalbin and South Shore Road is now known as route 110 as well. You may see a camel or some lamas on the left hand side of the road. There is a sharp curve in the road and a reduction in speed which will bring you into the town of Broadalbin. Keep Tight around the Circle in the Center of town.
  • Out of Town, you will come to a blinking yellow light – Take a right here on to route 30. Don’t forget to stop into Dominick’s Sand Bar (take a right onto woods hollow road – and mussels harbor is all the way at the end. Here there is Great food by Joe Leone, a beautiful lake view, and if you catch it at the right time there may be an acoustic player out on the deck!
  • Continuing down Route 30 You will see Fuel and Food on your right – Gas up and get a sub or a slice!
  • You will then come to a blinking red light and will make a right on to Route 30 (still) and head on to Mayfield.
