1. Treasurers Report- No treasurers report this month due to Judge Sterling was in court
   
   
2. Lake Events Committee Reports:
   
   
   1. Tagged Fish contest: Contest date to start on June 1. Fifty fish are being tagged. The prize per fish will be $ 400.00. Stocking of the fish to take place the week before Memorial Day weekend. Channel 10, Channel 9, the Daily Gazette, Leader Herald, and the Recorder are expected to attend the stocking.
      
      
   2. June Event- Meet and Greet at the Sport Island Pub; June 12, 5 to 7. Cash Bar; Do you know anyone who would like to join the association? Bring them to get to know us at the Pub. We have the same goal; bring business to the Sacandaga Region.
      Thank you to Joe and Anthony Lanzi for hosting this event.
      
      
   3. July Event- A “Day” in the Park at the Saratoga County Boat Launch in the Town of Day. We are teaming up with the Town of Day to provide an event in the northern end of the Lake. The event starts at 3:00. The Town of Day has already arranged for the fireworks and the music for the event. We will be coordinating the food (hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage sandwiches etc.) If your business would like to cater the food, please let us know by the June meeting. Desserts and soda will be sold by others. We will also be selling tee shirts and 50/50 tickets with a share of the proceeds going to the town of Day.
      
      
   4. August Event-The First Annual Chowderfest to be held at the point at Edinburg Marina. Businesses, restaurants and private citizens are encouraged to enter the chowderfest to find the Lake’s best chowder. The date for the event is August 16.
      
      
   5. Sacandaga Boat Bash on Sand Island- September 7 with rain date of September 13.
      
      
3. Insurance-Information in regard to insurance has been submitted to the Associates of Glens Falls. This will be discussed at the June meeting. Insurance to be put into place before the first event.
   
   
4. Website-Betsy Emery will continue to host us on her website at no charge at this time
   
   
5. Calendar- If your business has an event that you want included on the events calendar the information must be sent to Janice Baldwin 885-7952 or jncbldwn@aol.com by May 19.
   
   
6. Adjourned: A motion to adjourn was made by Bob Campbell and seconded by John Ingro The meeting was adjourned at 8:15.
   
   
7. The next meeting will be June 2 at the Edinburg Town Hall at 7:00.
