1. Bob Campbell from Edinburg Marine ha a set of Bi-laws for us to look at. With a few changes should be ready to submit the rules to the group for approval at the May meeting
2. The Saratoga Camber of Commerce dues are $302.00/year. There is a community link, events calendar and summer and winter tourism section on their web site, www.saratoga.org , for members to list businesses an events on. Jeff Shinaman said he would get our Lake events posted on the site.

3. Safe Ride Program – Betsy is writing a proposal to see if we can get funding from the Stop DWI Fund. Joe Lander of the new Express Taxi said they would hire a driver and keep a cab on the Lake on weekends, but would need $200.00 per night from the group to pay the drier.
4. Sand Island – Bob Campbell spoke with Gene Raymond and the Lake enhancement fund needs to go through a non-profit organization. As far as port-a-potties we are still in a stand still between the DEC and HRBR. We elected Bob Campbell our spokesperson on these issues, others will attend upcoming meetings.

5. Map - It was proposed that we look into a map for the web site. Betsy will contact JMAPCO to see what the costs would be for that. We would also like to have a printed map we could sell to raise funds for the association.
6. Edinburg Marina’s Raffle has been changed to a raffle for a snowmobile, jet ski or ATV. After this raffle is closed we will be raffling off merchandise from local power sports merchants.

7. Winner of our Raffle was John Killoran form Fuller’s Store’s Raffle tickets.
8. Ferrell Gas made an interesting co-op proposal to us about propane. For more information contact Brett Yates at 518-229-6883.
9. We would like to support the Northville Doins by sponsoring a fishing contest for kids.
